For the past six years, you have trusted me with your stories—your births, your babies, your struggles, and your joys. I have held space for your fears and your triumphs. I have witnessed your strength and your softness, and I have been endlessly honored to walk alongside you in some of the most vulnerable, transformative moments of your lives.

And in return, you have shaped me. Every birth, every tiny body I’ve worked with, every nervous system I’ve supported has helped me grow—both as a doula and an infant bodyworker, but also as a person, and a mom. You’ve taught me about resilience, surrender, and the deep, deep love that carries families through it all.

Which is why it is so hard to say that this chapter is coming to a close. In AUGUST, I will be closing my office and my family and I will be moving away.

While this is a bittersweet transition, I carry all of you with me. Your stories will stay in my heart, and the lessons I’ve learned from you will continue to guide my hands and my work in the years to come.

From the bottom of my heart—thank you. Thank you for inviting me into your lives, for trusting me with your babies, for allowing me to do work that is so much more than a job. It has been an honor beyond words.
